电冰箱冷凝器的结构及原理知识你了解吗?

1、冰箱冷凝器的结构

1. Structure of refrigerator condenser

冷凝器是冰箱的散热部件,通常位于冰箱的背面。根据冷凝器设计方法的不同,可将冷凝器分为外露式和隐藏式。

The condenser is the cooling part of the refrigerator, which is usually located on the back of the refrigerator. According to the different design methods of condenser, the condenser can be divided into exposed type and hidden type.

1. 暴露的电容器

1. Exposed capacitor

暴露的冷凝器直接固定在冰箱背面,通过连接管道与冰箱制冷管道连接。外露式冷凝器按散热方式的不同可分为钢盘管式冷凝器和百叶式冷凝器。

The exposed condenser is directly fixed on the back of the refrigerator and connected with the refrigeration pipe of the refrigerator through the connecting pipe. The exposed condenser can be divided into steel coil condenser and louver condenser according to the different ways of heat dissipation.

(1)钢盘管冷凝器

(1) Steel coil condenser

钢丝盘管冷凝器又称丝管冷凝器。它的蛇形线圈是由表面镀铜的薄钢板制成。在线圈的两侧均匀焊接直径为1.5~2mm的钢丝,用钢丝散热,如下图所示。该冷凝器体积小,重量轻,散热效果好,便于机械化生产。

Wire coil condenser is also called wire tube condenser. Its serpentine coil is made of copper plated steel sheet. Weld steel wire with diameter of 1.5 ~ 2mm evenly on both sides of coil, and use steel wire to dissipate heat, as shown in the figure below. The condenser has the advantages of small volume, light weight, good heat dissipation effect and convenient for mechanized production.

(2)百叶窗冷凝器

(2) Louver condenser

百叶冷凝器将盘管紧密地嵌入、膨胀或点焊在百叶散热钢板上,形成气孔状,如下图所示。线圈一般由紫铜(纯铜)制成,散热钢板由普通碳钢钢板制成。冷凝器结构简单,但散热效果差。

The coil of the louver condenser is tightly embedded, expanded or spot welded on the louver heat dissipation steel plate to form air holes, as shown in the figure below. The coil is generally made of red copper (pure copper), and the heat dissipation steel plate is made of ordinary carbon steel plate. The structure of condenser is simple, but the heat dissipation effect is poor.

2. 建在冷凝器

2. Built in condenser

目前大多数冰箱采用内置冷凝器,采用挤压或粘胶铝箔将蛇形线圈粘在冰箱盒侧板的背面或内侧,并利用冰箱盒的外壁散热。

At present, most refrigerators use built-in condenser, which uses extruded or adhesive aluminum foil to stick the snake coil on the back or inside of the side plate of the refrigerator box, and uses the outer wall of the refrigerator box to dissipate heat.

内置电容具有占用空间小,不易损坏的优点。但这种冷凝器的散热性能不如外露式冷凝器。另外,由于冷凝器位于冰箱箱内,这类冷凝器的维护比较麻烦。

The built-in capacitor has the advantages of small occupation space and not easy to damage. However, the heat dissipation performance of the condenser is not as good as that of the exposed condenser. In addition, because the condenser is located in the refrigerator box, the maintenance of this kind of condenser is troublesome.

3.空气冷凝器

3. Air condenser

气冷式冷凝器将用于大型冰箱。其结构如下图所示。它是由纯铜管和鳍。纯铜管焊接在翅片上,与翅片一起制成长方体,然后安装在盒壁上。该冷凝器结构紧凑,散热效率高,散热能力大。

Air cooled condensers will be used in large refrigerators. Its structure is shown in the figure below. It is made of pure copper tubes and fins. The pure copper tube is welded on the fin and made into a cuboid together with the fin, and then installed on the box wall. The condenser has compact structure, high heat dissipation efficiency and large heat dissipation capacity.

2、冷凝器工作原理

2. Working principle of condenser

冷凝器也被称为散热器。其进气管与压缩机排气口连接。经过压缩机处理的高温高压制冷剂气体从进气口进入冷凝器。冷凝器出气管与干燥过滤器连接,干燥过滤器将制冷剂经冷凝器冷却后变为液体。由干燥过滤器过滤,毛细管节流减压,送至蒸发器。

The condenser is also called a radiator. The air inlet pipe is connected with the air outlet of the compressor. The high temperature and high pressure refrigerant gas treated by the compressor enters the condenser from the air inlet. The outlet pipe of the condenser is connected with the drying filter, which changes the refrigerant into liquid after cooling by the condenser. It is filtered by drying filter, throttled by capillary and sent to evaporator.

其作用是将经过压缩机处理的高温高压制冷剂气体与周围空气进行热交换,热交换后冷却为液态。

Its function is to heat exchange the high temperature and high pressure refrigerant gas processed by the compressor with the surrounding air, and then cool it into liquid after heat exchange.
